1.If you have very small eyes,stay away from shades that are too dark.Dark colors around small eyes can make them look even smaller.Use lighter shades.

2.Begin by shaping brows with an eyebrow brush into shape and fill any gaps with a dark brown eyebrow pencil.Using a shimmery ivory eye shadow might also help.Blend it lightly over the eye area up till the brow.

3.Define the eyes with a brown  eye shadow applying,not too darkly,blending away all harsh edges.

4.Line the top lash line with a soft black eyeliner pencil in feathery strokes drawn in at the lash line and then blend with a cotton bud.Create a subtle soft smoky line around the eyes.This makes the eyelashes look longer.

5.Enhance your eyelashes with two more coats of eye mascara to add the finishing touch to your already made-up eyes making your small eyes appear bigger.

6.Give your eyelashes a double coat of eye mascara to make a difference.If your eyelashes are slightly short,wear false eyelashes  to make your eyes look bigger.This also adds more drama to the look.

7.The inner corner of the eye can be dabbed with a little bit of shimmery silver eye shadow to create an illusion of wider eyes.
